And our club is extremely stoked with the coverage they gave us in Friday's edition.

I did have to laugh at this from Friday's front page though:

It's not easy at the college clubs because they don't pay players...

I'd have to agree DQ, had a read for the first time today - great articles, fantastic layout, easy to read. No banging on about how bad the 'other' budget is, the 'other' budget tends to beat their own drum a fair bit - but not in the right way by letting their publication do the talking, but bagging of the SAAFL. Don't get me wrong, the div write ups in the 'other' budget are great, but I still think the SAAFL need a pat on the back for a job well done. Good work SAAFL!

It was happening to me last week and this week I couldn't get one of the pages. Now I just download it and then read it as a pdf.

I must admit it was a very good read that article. My only critisism of the publication is that unless you have a particular interest in one of the articles / topics you wouldn't bother with it....

He'd just kicked 4 on Shrek in the first 5 minutes and Dusty felt sorry for the Green One.

It would be good if the "official" SAAFL publication could get its facts right.

Every week there are blatant errors in the information.

Take Friday's Footy News:

Do what I say, not what I didn’t do

Of course, as coaches would know, it’s not easy putting experience into new heads, and he has quite a few of them at Unley. But Young will continue to persist because, amidst the disappointment, including losing the past two rounds to Prince Alfred Old Collegians by 72
when Mark Ricciuto kicked 12 goals, and last week to the unbeaten Fitzroy by 89, there have been some positive signs that the Jets are not as bad as some might believe.

Ricciuto didn't play and he hasn't kicked 12 goals in any games. It is not difficult to check your facts when you are (i) the official publication of the SAAFL and therefore have all of their resources to use, and (ii) getting paid to do a job

A cursory glance at your own website would show you the facts. Maybe getting rid of your volunteers was not the smartest move................

Can't expect amateurs to check facts and get things right when so called professional publications Sunday Mail's Jesper Jeldstad don't have a clue either or check facts.
Pretty sure Craig Bradley went to Enfield High, played club footy at Pooraka and not Blackwood High.
