did you win a c3 medal last year and star on the grassroots footy show a couple of times towards the end of 08....do you have an appendage resembling that of a horse???
nope yopud be thinking of soary lol
i ruck with him tho atm haha
soary and hoarey ripping it up in the ruck lol
well shit.1 will be hard enough for us to deal with.our ruckman is not to bad though.not quite as big as the horse however.
should be a good game when we come up against you boys in round 7.it would be nice if both of us were at 6-1 battling for top spot.i see you guys had a big win on the weekend

many of gone back to play with their country sides plus some have moved on for work reasons. last few weeks have also been uni holidays but the above is the main reason they're struggling.

thanks finn,i hope the boys come good for you.there has not been too many times in my footy life i have taken the chocolates when playing any uni side so i wish the boys luck but not too much.
an hoary how about you piss off back to the b,s and take your mate with the giant shlong with ya.you boys have always been a good bunch of blokes to play however,i reckon it was at your home ground in 97/98 i gave myself a mild concussion by stranding up in your very small coaches duggouts too quick...boy did that shut me up.if the big soar-horse stands up too quick in there hes gonna decapitate himself

It was interesting to note that on the GRASSROOTS footy show this week during the C section report,Premiership tips were given for all the C grade divisions.Sources tell me that in C 2 it was in fact Flinders Park who were tipped to win the Premiership by the so called experts!!!
Any one have any thoughts on that now that we are 5 rounds in.

they are really struggling mate...good on those boys for jumping up 2 divisions and having a crack.
i noticed after your 30 goal thrashing of uni 2 weeks ago they got up by 12 goals on the weekend at seaton.interesting to note they had 13 new players.im tipping this wont be the last you hear about this.the 2 teams in 08 in c2 that had squads of 40 last year where moved to div 7 in 09.with uni,s 8 teams this is sure to be looked at by the SAAFL.

Not really sure what your getting at but if you consider it was uni holidays that many changes in what I think is their 6th rated side wouldn't be unusual.

it has not been uni holidays for 6 weeks mate. after 4 weeks and a bye in the middle. thats not been the uni holiday period. 13, thats 13 new players in the previous round creating a 40 goal plus turn around. the uni team in c2 is meant to be roseworthy based. in actual fact an A grade for the roseworthy campus whilst still operating under the banner of adelaide uni football club. it is in fact not their 6th rated side at all as it is not meant to be interchangeable with every uni team in the southern hemisphere. time will tell i guess how this will play out and what happens in the future. im certain north pines and ovingham may be looking at this one closely along with some of the officials around the place.

So your saying that UNI runs as about 6 different clubs with no interchange between? I thnk you're wrong. There was a mid semester break near the end of April. I would take a punt here and suggest most of the Roseworthy lads would be from different country towns and probably went home. This has nothing to do with Ovingham or North Pines they were asked to try and get 2 sides uni already have 8 or something including sides in Div 7 who aren't setting the world on fire.

Hopefully Finn will get on here and set this straight but I would expect as long as Uni follow the rules of selection (can't drop 2 grades) they can do what ever they like between teams. I wouldn't think that if their C2 side ran out of players they woiuld leave them high and dry.

on form probably not.i had an absolute stinker last week.had more spoils than kicks and was playing in the forward line.i dare say ill be in the mix somewhere. looking forward to having one ruck duel with the horse just for shits and giggles.2 weeks in a row we have been in a strong position to win the game and not brought home the chocolates. hopefully we can get a bit of four quarter form before we come up against you guys.
also your C grade and in particular the horse get a good mention on segment 3 of grassroots tonight.8.30pm channel 31,replayed on sat morn at 10.30am.good luck on the weekend ill see you in a couple of weeks.

i understand what your saying. i guess there is just a huge grey area over some of the rulings when a club has so many teams, with different bases, in different divisions and litterally hundreds of players. no doubt mr shadiac will have all the answers to this puzzle.

no i didnt, just watched on. your boys are fit, fast and disciplined. i think having a d grade gives your c grade real depth and balance. too good for us by 35 points. it was a good entertaining game played in good spirit. just frustrating to be out played from our point of view.
