just wondering with all the association debate... has anyone heard whats happened with a young lad Peter Davis... i remember reading at the end of last year that he won the best and fairest at GC in the reserves so would have thought be would be pushing for an a'grade spot but i haven't seen his name at all this year in either grade... just wondering if anyone can confirm if he is injured or what cos he is a gwd little player...

and another rumour going around is a few lads are going over to Italy to do a bit of altitude training... anyone no if there is truth behind this rumour and who and which club it involves cos ive heard it was GC lads...

Apparently young Pete Davis was told to take the year off by his tattoo artist as he felt the ink may be damaged during a game of footy...was a good young player who went hard at it and somehow managed to get knocked out on a weekly basis.

Have heard the same rumour about the altitude training in Europe...the player in question will be pounding the pavement in the north of Italy and will be back in time for the second round of matches

I hear that a certain Nth Adelaide player will be heading to a very strong BLG club as soon as this weekend. He is wanting plenty but with freinds at the club and a premiership in the bag, he will front up very soon. Anyone heard this?

I know one of Mallee Park's finest will more than likely be suting up in the red and blue next season

the donnybrooks will give any mallee park boys a home while their over here.. produced some absolute stars of football that club, be interesting to see the stats on how many AFL players they have produced in the past 10 years, would have to be up there.

However, they need to win to keep their season alive and at home against willaston is a good way to kick start their season.

Sour grapes and jealousy once agin about a successful club. If you know so much then list the payments and the grand total. Take it from someone that knows what is going on and it is not as much as you guys/girls reakon, you have to look at the very good local list that has been developing at Tanunda over the past five years (thats why Stafford wanted the job). Sure there are the top players on good coin but that is the same at all clubs.
