My tips for the week:
United over Virginia by 5 goals
Mallala over Two Wells by 8 goals
Balaklava over Hummocks by 3 goals
MC to eat 5 plates of Virginia's spare ribs and chicken wings =p~
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Mine (for what they're worth!):

HWE over Peckerheads by 1 point ( [-o< )
Virginia over UFC by 60+ (paying $8.00, way overs!)
MFC over Roosters by 12 points

And Beck's Right Boot to claim their rightful position at the top of the Motor-Boaters league in the EPL fantasy comp! Remember that Swamp? :D

Who are each clubs reps for the association squad:
United's are - Heath Pym, Tom Guerin, Sam McArdle and Brad Shimmin.

I was intrigued as to how they picked Sam and Shimmo. Yes they are very good players but they have only played once each this season and neither got in the best players. My alternatives would be perhaps Millsy and Spider Sharman.

I will be the first to have a crack at the assoc. side. Given Sam and Shim are picked in the squad I will consider them. Not sure how the rest of the squad is shaping up.

Probably end up looking nothing like this but here goes.........

Guerin - Burgess - R Montgomerie
Geradis-Lamond - Thomas
Hardie - Young - Leighton
Cochiario - Hunt - Pym
Earl - Higgs - Sharman

1R: Walker - J Montgomerie - Allmond
INT: Light - McArdle - N Seccafein - T Cawrse

My understanding is that each coach was called and asked to put forward a few names, perhaps you should ask you local driving instructor how they got in there???
I think Thomas, Hunt, Higgs and Light were our reps there might be another but I’m not sure, that’s all I can remember

i know this is not APFL related but i know you blokes all appreciate a laugh..

have you heard the latest news?
Shoaib Akhtar pulled from World Twenty20 squad
The PCB has withdrawn Shoaib Akhtar from the 15-man squad for next month's World Twenty20, saying - in an unusually revealing statement - that he had been diagnosed with genital viral warts.

surely thats a bit too much info!

There may have been a bit of that but clearly not the main reason. Plus over summer is when I let you get your confidence up, before coming crashing down in winter in the Dreamteam!

Not sure from Mallala MC, but I would say Rimmer and Whitwell will be certain starters without doubt and Brad Griff deserves a chance also.

My team prediction:

FF Geradis McArdle Thomas

HF Reid H Walker C Rimmer

C Allmond JMontgomerie Johnstone

HB R Montgomerie M Higgs J Wilson

FB Cochiario T Cawrse H Pym

Rucks: Walker Whitty Young

Int: Mills, Braham, Griffiths, Hardie, Light, Smith

I'm sure I missed a few boys out sorry lads. This is a bloody good side though!!!

Not sure if R/Reid will be fit come Assoc time, pretty bad knee by the looks of it.

Would have thought D.Thomas, A.Geradis and T.Guerin would line up front, Then i would guess you could throw, in S.Jericho, R.Montgomerie, and even the pocket rocket, young fanta pants Nykamp from Virginia as well as schutt, griffiths,Shadow and T.Mac from balak (to be the under 23's if they are still doing that rule) as well as feeley all up forward, with probably Jazz Wilson CHF.

Down back i would have thought you have Johno Evans down back, supported by Higgs maybe, Hardiman definatley, Bascome, Earl, Allmond, cawrse, A.Secca's, H.Pym all down back.

Middle's a bit tougher,

Would have thought Light would get 1st crack, with J.mont, whitty from the pies, Ned secca through there, Matty young in the pivot, Davey, Rimmer, Catford, T.Leighton, Braham all around in the mix.

Haven't seen any of mills, banton so can't comment, Whiskey's only played one game i think this year, but is proven, Spider sharman should get a run and young ruckmen Schahinger and dorwood also get picked. I would suggest from my spot under the verandah, that these blokes get a phone call first.

How's that, now who's coaching??
Sorry people I only deal in facts!

There are no scores on football online - I am not sure of the exact scores but Mallala beat the Roosters by around 4 goals.

the scores only get put on if the secetery of the home club lodges the paper work with the web site, football online is trying to do it every week but some clubs dont seam to support it,mostly when they lose you dont see anything,i know mallala sec does it game by game to get it on there.
