When will Dale Ellis and Shane Fox be back for the Roos?

Dale Ellis has a hamstring and will miss this week and probably next then there is the Association game and will be back against Yank
Fox should play this week, but may take an extra week as Victor is only playing Mclarens
Luke Ellis hurt his shoulder last week and spent most of the game in the forward pocket after that. Not sure on his status.
At least with Ellis out, there is no need to sit an U/17 on the bench to reduce points.
Victor will flog McLaren Vale who were not that good in the first half that I saw at Compass before watching Willunga power over Goolwa/Pt Elliot

I'd say Luke Ellis would have a sore elbow after last week's game as well..

So its Tuesday and the last two pages on here have been about bays in house issues that should be left in house and going by a post that was posted early Monday tonight all the bays 'A' Grade players will be inteviewed and the club will be looking at the coach and his position and job done to date. Will we be seeing any changes come from training tonight?

there may be somethign good to come out of tnite, A new player (not completely new has played before) may be returning and hopefully cleared in time to play this weekend. A great inclusion and welcome back. I will reveal more tomorow, dont want to name him just incase he doesnt train.

So this will make how many clearances applications for Cox this year

magoo, not sure how sore his shoulder is but i think the main reason he was at full forward all day was that he was being tagged and cracked the shits, then just went and sat at full forward. talking to some victor players and also some creek boys, apprently that was the case.

Hamsy broke in to a gallop and chased Hayden Wilson (outside the 50). I was close by and could hear them saying something about a hair comb. I wasnt getting in between to big men with beautiful hair.

They were fighting for the comb. Hayden had been practicing his flying moves thru packs for about a minute before hand.

LF what were the ramifications for Hayden and Trent at church on Sunday morning after news got out about their send offs?

was it just a yellow or a report for Hams? Will tamarapa got two games for the bays for sat incident. Dont think it was worth two games but on the same side at least the league has stamped some authroity that melles wont be taken lightly. Unfortunatly poor will was probably the least at fault but as they say an example has to be made.

Depressed fracture of the left cheek in a relatively straight forward marking contest on the weekend, came out of hospital yesterday after having a plate inserted. Had to go in through his gum line and forehead to get it in, I'd suggest he's out for minimum 6 weeks.

This on the back of a fractured fibula in the association game last year, and a depressed fracture of his right cheek bone in the 07 season. He's only 27, but with that kind of luck he must be seriously considering his playing future.

Both these guys (travis and Hayden) are pretty big lads Dutchman, have you ever seen some get the 'dont argue' from Trav?? They tend to go flying backwards he is a very strong lad!!!

Yes TW, but its just good to see guys in less successful teams show spirit and stand up for each other against the powerhouse that is Willunga.

Not saying any players should go the biff, but it says something to the rest of the team (and its supporters) when players (even the nice guys) stand up against adversity.

Definately don't want players going the biff, all 3 yellow cards saturday were probably fairly soft, but was nothing over the top from Griff, Wilson or Hams. Some good passion in the game!
