That would be right, you had to pay tax in 07/08 to get it, my missus doesn't earn enough to pay tax but still has to put a tax return in so they don't hassle her for one, she doesn't get the $900.

Got mine today, think I'll just put it off the mortgage and it will save me $1,000's in interest by the time I pay the house off :D Not what they wanted us to do, but seems like the best thing for me ATM

Same here , I was thinking the same, got mine yesterday from my accountant. BTW, my accountant didm't charge me to send it my way......can't believe someone got charged $40 for that......must think they are a bank :roll:

Got mine yesterday. Like a few others on here, I was SURE that I'd e one of the sad souls ringing up because it hadn't arrived. $900, easy come, and... with a $918 car bill, um... easy go. :?

I pulled a grand out last weekend. Won 300 on Indian dreaming and went $100 each with a mate in Shogun at $9 spins. Chaching.

It's probably the first and only time I've ever won that much on a pokie. God I hate them.

yay got my 480 today... the accountant had deducted the 420 i owed him for his services (4 years worth of tax) and sent me the rest.. now that's done.. thanks Mr Rudd (even though I didn't vote for you) ;)
