I remember winning that from Rip It Up. You had to send in a 'dirty' picture involving teddy bears (!) in tribute to the photo in the CD. I think I drew a three-way between Pooh, Paddington and Humphrey which they printed, rude bits censored out. And then I became a teacher. Pillar of society

I'll give Barnesssssssseeeeeee his due. He at least mentioned/Knew of Tex's early work Thug, The Poofters, Legendary Stardust Cowboys etc as well as The Beasts. I just can't come at the man. I hated Chisel and I thought his solo stuff was even worse.

They had the tunes but just didn't have the essential cool factor needed for fickle Britpop notoriety. That and the organ. Organs aren't cool.
