as for that 3rd player who got injured trinity girl, i think there was someone from the school game who broke their arm and came for attendence to the st johns.

I think you guys placed yourselves right into the mix after last weeks performance, I've heard a lot of reports from teams playing out at Trinity and finding it difficult to get used of the surroundings etc.

was good to get a win at trinity esp after last years loss at trinity. think heccies will be keen to make up for the poor performaces against BL, TOS and lochleys all away from last yr. we played respectable footy against BL this yr and got the win against TOS.

Plenty of people ready to play for the C's. They mentioned up at the clubs that because there were so many wanting to play that they'd be giving preference to those that have paid subs and actually come to training.

Yeh 1 of our 1st 18's got injured busted his arm pretty bad im told! Great day for Trinity saturday i guess! lol but there was talk of other player that got hit in the pack as well but he was ok???

I think Trinity could have won saturdays game, i think they certainly have the ability to, i have seen them play much better footy this year. I think they were very patchy 1 min played good footy then the next let themselves down with silly stuff! Out of who we have played so far i believe not much separates West Croydon, Heccies, Lockleys and TOS. These games i think are anyones games to win just depends who plays better on the day and on saturday Heccies did that for sure. We havent played the likes of CLG Brahma or Paralowie yet so i guess we will have a better picture of where we stand once we play these clubs.

 Seriously i hate hearing people complaining all the time that Trinity is soooooooo far away?? all div 6 clubs are travelling to Paralowie, Brahma lodge, central united.... Trinity is maybe 15mins on from these clubs on a complete straight road might i add??? do Trinity winge and complain everytime they travel for the return trip? NO some of our boys travel much longer then an 1hr as they live further out country, do Trinity hire a bus and a nights accommodation to travel to other clubs? NO

teams playing out at Trinity and finding it difficult to get used of the surroundings etc
How thick r some people then? how hard is it to drive on a straight road and then make 2 turns??? And the school is big open clear spaces with the oval being the 1st thing you drive past once you enter the school.

The change rooms yes on saturday were further away due to the school doing renovations but you didnt have to go to the change rooms and then drive your car to the oval. Normal change rooms are a walk up 1 slight hill . R clubs really that lazy. Clubs do always question Trinitys fitness well maybe there is your answer.

As for the oval??? odd shaped??? I know im a girl and ive never played footy but i have been to many ovals and i know all ovals r a bit different but the last time i looked at Trinitys oval it looked pretty normal to me. This is a serious questions not being defensive or anything about our oval just wondering what you mean by odd shaped?

Any crap that you cop is brought on by yourself. You are the furthest team north, no you haven't played the game so you wouldn't understand the odd shape, most ovals run north/ south and you can judge the wind. Most ovals have a changeroom that you go out of and the oval is usually nearby. You want to start calling people "thick" because they find that Trinity is a hard oval to get used of, do some homework first. No one even bagged your club, they were just stating that your oval is quite unique.

I'm off the Trinity train now.

You said they were thick because of the surroundings, from all reports it's like a parklands oval, out of all the parkland ovals, CBCOC & St. Doms seem closed in and it actually feels like you are playing a game of footy. If you are not used of it, it's a distinctive advantage. Fences and trees surrounding ovals give it the atmosphere, from what I've read on here and the pictures that I have seen, Trinity doesn't have these, no one was knocking Trinity, you play with what you have available and if it gives you a slight edge, well done.
