Very bias top 10 livefooty and marble park. Its a pity people cant look outside their own backyard sometimes. Marsh is not a top 10 footballer.

no tokas isnt. It was another stupid comment but at least he wasnt from his team.

Good to see Wes doing well. Class act when allowed space but didnt excell in the hard ball gets.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Not having Charman on the weekend hurt us dearly plus a few early injuries. Watto was hungover as usual. Although we did well in the centre clearnaces early it eventually told in the end. steakn had the job on Carl and it would be interesting to see his thoughts on standing the best player outside the SANFL.
As well as Charman we have a few big ins to come and Jason OBrien burnt in the b grade although his flying kick attempt at a tackle on the weekend wasn't a good look. Brooks was also unpassable in the b grade, he will come up this week. Simmo and Ky should come up to now they are fit.
Souths were very competative but will not bother Waybacks or Mallee Park. But I think souths might be able to sneak in the four.
The b grade need more numbers so where are all the old players eg Stink, Fluff, Sambo, Thommo ect?

?

We currently have a fair number of injuries at the moment also, so we still have a a lot of improving to do too, probably 5-6 first pick A graders out, Marble Range were ok on Saturday, but seriously how good is Semmler, that comment about being the best outside SANFL is a big call considering the class in GFFL let alone the likes of the Hills Football Leagues and Great Southern league. But....he is a superstar there is no denying that. Can run all day and has explosive pace for a bigger guy. I rate the man, good bloke off the field too.

Without talking Souths up, i'll mention the fact we've already beaten Mallees this year so the confidence from that will go long ways towards doing well against them in future games. Waybacks are the unknown.

Yeah beezneez don't let slip that magic is coming ;) .,

acockfromwayback all tho i hear magic is coming to play for us i was regarding the other new players to be in the a grade side. i am aware the club has done some recruiting from adelaide and all tho the guy showed little bits during the game which im sure will come with his fitness. I was referring to the 3 or 4 new local lads that have broken into the a grade team these guys are the ones to keep your eyes on they will be the next leaders and premiership players i belive!!!

the top 10 in the GFFL in my opinion would be

1. M.Curtis
2. C.Prime
3. S.Pedler
4. S.Fitzgerald
5. B.Coad
6. B.Wake
7. M.Baillie
8. P.Jefferson
9. L.Moroney
10.M.Habner
that is in no particular order with a few players unlucky not to make it like Jake cave, L.Moroney, R.Skinner, R.Modra, J.Minhard, C.Curtis, J.Holman and Corey Fitz

i forgot about jordy telfer would probably have him in my top 10 even though against us he didnt do alot. still think marty baillie is a top 10 players he kicked 6 against cougars and 5 against lock even though they got flogged in both games. Grain Grower brock doesnt play in GFFL anymore except the few times he will be home on hollidays, i went on the 3 games so far this year and moroney has been in cougars best every game, who is twiggy by the way?

telfer was carryinga massive corky into tumby game, but agree with cougar comment they have been v impressive and baille deserves an honourable mention. i havent seen the mortlock draw yet? but come on prime didnt even play last year and the boy has kicked a truck full the last 2 yrs and still doesnt look like slowing.
