Tips for this week-

Creeks -to bounce back from last weeks disappointing effort. Only 30 -40 due to weather.
While on the Creeks, how could they possibly have points left for the bloke from Callington, or is he an ex junior ?
Mount Compass - just 1 - 10. Mostly because its at home. If Compass dont get up in this one you would think they can right off any hope of improvement this year. Early call but a must win for the Bulldogs while a close loss for the pies wont hurt.
Yank - 20 -30 Bays traditionally poor at the Yank oval. Will be a day for the players who care for their club.
Strath - 20-30 will have regained some confidence with a good win last week. Too quick and experienced where it counts for the Vale.
Willunga- 25 -35 the D's forwards should have it over the Victor backs. Midfield - slight leaning towards Willunga, although Hodge is a gun and the Willunga backs have the experience and grit to at least break even with the Roo forwards. Wouldn't write Victor off altogether though but would need some creative coaching to give them a chance, but Baz should have that covered.

PS disappointing to have Signman and Cuzzy 'muzzled', having to go back to watching Jerry Springer.

If the bays town was closer and had as much money as ur club we would be just as good as your team! The B grade coach was just a stand in for last week! He would be a better coach then you ya tosser!!! The bays will be fine all COUNTRY clubs have trouble!!!

My Tips:

Yankalilla - very close match, in the wet bodies too big for the young Eagles
Creeks - too much firepower, was intereted to read that Strath lost it last week rather than us beating them
Goolwa - close match, last years were decided by 7 points and 1 point. Pongy to appreciate a dead 4 track
VH - would tip Compass if they were home
Willunga - see creek comment

Sorry to do this mate
That is 2 wrong. I was going back to see when Cuzzy and Signman were on last and spotted this

Has anyone else noticed that Cuzzy and Signman have not been on the site this week

I believe they have a blanket ban on them from the President, not to use footy forum!
After seeing them in action last week against us. Yuk!
The weather brought us back to their standard.
Cuzzy i think Signman was right and you should eat humble pie. The Bays are in big trouble.
The new B-Grade Coach couldn't coach Senior Colts - Hows he going to go with the B-Grade!
trouble!
Good to see everyone getting their tips in. I am little bit concerned about the safety of Kimusabi, the only poster from Strath but has not been sighted this week. Now it time for the master tipster:

sorry guys and girls, works been keeping me pretty busy last couple of weeks!

Creek - going to bounce back after the loss last weekend.big win
Strath - if last weeks inspirational effort is anything to go by i think they'll win quite comfortably!but after hearing a few are out with injury that will bring scores closer.should still get up
Yank - too strong for the struggling bays
Willunga - should be a fantastic game!shame its not on a sunday so we can all go watch!victor should have a real crack, but the powerhouse of the league is still as good as they come
Goolwa - havent seen or heard a whole lot from compass, but Goolwa have really impressed with their improvement this year!

How did Jai McMurtrie find his way to the Creeks? Was one of the favourite sons at Callington (Mainly because he was the only local in the past 20 years to have one iota of talent) Callington would not be happy with his departure.
from what i've heard jai has a few mates over at creek.
very talented young footballer.with some more development could be a handy future player!
creek seem to be snagging up players everywhere!
makes one wonder how theyre going with the points system!

Bays won A grade by less than a kick
Set it up in first half up by leading 2-3 goals until late in 3rd quarter where Tigers kicked a few to get close then Yank hit the front early in last quarter but some undisciplined play saw Bays regain lead and hold on.

Tigers flogged Bays in the B's by about 15 goals
Success is in trying

Weekly Whinge Part 1.

An absolute knob head at Compass yesterday dedcided to 'burn off' trees before, during and after the footy/netball sending thick smoke accross the complex all day. It was a bloody tough day for asthmatics by all reports, why would someone be so stupid? Take your smoke masks to the mount because it sounds like it will be happening every home game due to a dispute with the neighbour.

On a positive compass oval was an absolute treat to play on and although we had some players out, the magpies snuck in by 3 points!!!!!
You can love football, but it wont always love you back!

That sounds horrible LF !!
Let's hope that the 'neighbours' can sort it out before the next home game.

Just wanted to make mention about a Strath supporter Saturday at McLaren.

He had already entered the ground before the 'gate person' had arrived.
Once he saw the 'gate person' set up he walked over from the oval and paid his $5.

As we know clubs need every cent they can get,
And I thought that was really great of him to do that and worth a mention O:)

massive effort by the young mudlarks "matching" the classy langhorne creek outfit for 3 quarters. if not for a blistering last quarter by the creek where they kicked about 9 goals the score board would have been much more respectable;a mudlark win wont be far away!

i'd have to agree there kick n catch.. myponga battled hard all day.. i think it was actually 12 goals in the last quarter for the hawks which goes to show that the mudlarks did well in the first 3 quarters.

12 goals.....well full credit to them too golding going into the ruck and feast up forward worked wonders and had far too many hard running onballers/wingmen. myponga playing a more direct quick brand of football this week which shows that they may not be as bad as people think although still a long way to go for the boys.

By the look of things goolwa are proving that they are without a doubt the massive improvers this seasonwith already a few upsets! Enc bay got their first win, which was good to see, culdnt make it to the game this week! I heard the willunga victor game was a very good game of football, could we see a tighter top tier of the comp this year, by the look of the way victor ar going that is right! Strath too strong for Mclaren, both young sides but strath too good!

I think the result of the Callington V Kersbrook match on the w/end would be a pretty big clue why he would go to L.Ck.
Kersbrook 80 - 22 (502)
def
Callington 1 - 1 (007)

Just a lazy 495 point defeat
