yes the big ranga is hard to move but when he lays a bump he hits hard, also a very good tackler

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

I think he played about 4-5 games for the demons last year, but was mainly a reserve grader. Reports from the castle suggested that could be a handy player with time. Don't forget he is only 18ish, and a big lad. Not as big as his brother but that is another story...
Was well liked by the players and Scott and Cashy were dissapointed to lose him this year.

:D I thought he had three legs at first glance!!!
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

Looking forward to some decent football conditions as hard to line up the form given the wind and rain of last weekend. Looks to be rain around agian which evens up the games even more so.

Waybacks v Tigers
Both sides looked a little tired in thier respective last quarters last week which is to be expected. The extra days break may play into the Dees favour and a dryer tack will suit , they might be just to good for the tigers in the end.
I dont think there will be a lot in it and the Brett W matchup looms as a concern for Rossco if he plays deep forward.
Tips: Waybacks 1-39

Jericho v Semmler
Judgie Bryant will have done his homework and know Semmler is to quick and mobile on the lead for any opponent in the PLFL, Jericho will take him when he ventures forward of CHF and a smart agile defencive midfielder must pick him when he pushes upto the centre and wings on his long leads. Leaving Jericho to free up across half back. Should be a great clash.
Going to have 1 more look before I jump on the eagles bandwagon.
Tip: Marble Range 1-39

Mallee Park v Tasmans
Expect a scrappy night game in dewy conditions. Peckers to get up in a close one.
Tip: Mallee Park 1-39
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

i am not in this tipping comp but i think lincoln south will get up over marble range
bostons will upset waybacks and malles will flog tasmans.
up in the GFFL tumby to get over the line in a close one against cougars, we have four players missing from last week but sammy read and david butler are back in.
Lock to win easily over eyre united and i think yellana are in good form and they will knock of
ramblers in a close 1.
Sammy being a big in for us to take a bit of pressure off tractor prime

Does Sammy still get in scraps with team mates?

Played SAPSASA with him and he would always have scraps with Leigh O'Donahue from Kimba. Lol.

He's a pretty decent lad though.

my tips for the gffl

cougars to continue their flying start to the year with a 13pt victory over the blues
ramblers will bounce back after the showdown last week and take care of yeelana by 36pts
and saints to take lock right down to the wire but fall short by a couple of pts.

Was unavailable, but in this week I have heard.

Will be an interesting game this week to see how the much vaunted demon midfield goes against the blue collar tigers.

I can't wait for tommorows game. We have something to prove. The demons are cherry ripe for the picking. I would hate to be the loser of this game at 5pm tommorow.
