OK, I know there's not much that can be done about it, but I'm gonna have a whinge anyway! Why is the reigning premier the team to have a bye on Anzac Day round when everyone else is playing for Anzac Medals and whatnot? Rubbish. I know someone has to miss out, but you wouldn't think it would be the reigning premier, would you? I guess it's too lucrative for the big 3 to miss out on (people love to go to the footy Anzac Day), so we get f***ed over yet again. The idiots that run this league make me wonder sometimes...

haha..surely your joking??

you think that the league thought about where teams would be playing on anzac day??
the program is based on the exact format each year.
ie. 1 vs 2. 3 vs 4 in the first week. second week is 2 vs 3 etc etc.

i actually praise the league for the idea! and it is better than the afl where they only let 2 teams play for the medal until recent times. (now i think 4 or 6 teams get to??)

Hang on Jack :-({|= :-({|= :-({|= is that better??

I'm sure you'll enjoy your day mate, watching footy and drinking beer with your mates is my guess.

Idiots that run this league?? Bit harsh based on sour grapes about a draw that is created using the same system every year.

Deep deep down I think your pretty happy with the fact that you wont be standing at Fullback in the rain enduring 30+ knot winds Jack.

Enjoy the day off!

yep sounds good mate. Got a club function after though so wont be around for long. Rump and Red at Mallala, still few tickets left for your chance to win $1000.

Ace and Jack I see that your AFL sides are Essendon and Collingwood so i thought that you wouldnt mind taking the day off to sit back and watch your teams fight it out in the biggest minor round game of the year. Maybe they did it just for you blokes. I do see where your coming from Jack, would have been good to see a game played at wakey with the arch there in respect of the ANZAC's. Also with the army barracks near by would have seemed perfect for the occasion.

I wondered why Pop, Slugga, Mick and Pickles have all formed a syndicate to attend a timely Mallala function. That explains a lot.

Yeah I love the ANZAC Day clashes, I missed the Mallala game last year to watch it in Melbourne, brilliant day (and result Jack ;) ), would’ve stayed home to play on ANZAC Day though… perhaps the league could go out on a limb next year and play a couple Sunday Games??? Shouldn’t bugger up the fixture.

How many OUT's for each team?

OUTs
Virginia: 8
Two Wells: 5
Hamley Bridge: 2
HWE: 3 + Joel Wilson who didnt play anyway last year
United: 9
Mallala: 4
Balaklava: 5

wouldnt expect too many more clearances so i thought i would update the list.
IN / OUT
Virginia: 13 / 12+1
Two Wells: 11+1 / 9
Hamley Bridge: 8 / 4
HWE: 8 / 7
United: 8 / 11
Mallala: 7 / 4+1
