Huge win for the Riverland version of the demons first up!!

Are you and Peter having an affair? That's twice you've been on blowing his bags. I'm starting to worry about that boy.
So you've seen everything have you?

I knew BJ and SS would jump on the Safralios thing. I was waiting for it.

What about some of the other best players for Berri in the Sunday Mail: J. Landon and B. Duffy. Or Frank in the goal kickers. I noticed Rhorpe and Stezzer in the goal kickers for Renmark too.

There were some results missing from the Sunday Mail, leaving no opportunity for a 'Padlock' to appear.

I hear that both Renmark and Loxton fielded some older players that came out of the woodwork for Saturdays game. Good to see ex-A-graders and semi retired players sticking around!!

Why don't the Renmark Murray Pioneer press ever award votes to Leigh Kruger from Loxton. Radio experts had him in best but not Tamara. Not the first time this paper has ignored his performance.

Wouldn't have a clue mate. The writers can only go on how they see the game.

Having said that, his first year in 2006, Jamahl Liddle took most of Loxton's votes when he had a standout year.
In 2007, Kruges was once again one of Loxton's top vote getters, but the Tigers struggled to win matches so he didn't get that many.
But there's no doubt he is a class act.

Agree, what did the writer do wrong? Called it as they saw it? That would be unheard of.

Who says the radio experts are right? Its all opinion at the end of the day and its all subjective. Who cares if the Pioneer give him votes or not - its a team game and surely Loxton getting the two points is all that should matter. I'm sure the Pioneer dont have a rule in the office "dont give Kruger any votes". I was there and i wouldn't have given him votes either. He is a one of the best players in the RFL but is very low profile, looks normal, doesn't where white boots or have a stupid haircut. Slips under the radar and goes about his business with no fanfare. He also doesn't do the spectacular but brings all players around him into the game - this often goes unnoticed.
