I have found my mobile in the bin once ( the Wheelie bin outside ) and in the glove box.
The difference is it wasn't your phone and it wasn't your wheelie bin.

Hunted high and low for the prick of a thing and in the end the Treasurer and Finance Minister of the house went and bought another on a cheap sale price.
About 2 years later when shifting the lounge chair to give the joint a good clean low and behold out drops the remote. Somehow it had found its way up behind the back rest cushion which means I sat on it and it found its way there
