Daniel Thomas. Rumour has it that he looking for a clearance to prominent metro club, namley Henley Sharks?? I thought Jack and/or Ace may be able to shed some light on thier big name signing!!! I could definately see the temptation but this late before the season starts is cutting it a bit rough.

Never fear Ace and Jack this one has since been denied..... worth a punt though it did sound promising MC and I was more than happy with the rumour, but aparently no go. Thommo is an Eagle in 2009. Looking forward to playing against him on Saturday.

Wasn't too concerned mate! Thought it was interesting timing on your part! As always... ;)

Did you need some more explanation mate? I didn't mean anything sinister by the above post, just telling it as it is, that to people that don't know him he may not be that popular as a coach, as Old School mentioned. But as far as our club goes, there's not a single person who has done/does more for our club and is chiefly responsible for where we are today. And is coaching the junior colts! I hope those kids toe the line! ;)

Interesting reading everyone's thoughts on Jazz doing the job, I wonder if he's aware of the interest, and whether he's interested himself? I might have to ask him! Maybe not tonight, wait til we get past the Magpies this week! ;)

About 6 changes to the HWE GF side from last year from memory. Should be a cracker of a game.

Meanwhile, $6 to get in.... ouch, will probably be $10 for finals!

Leigh McCormack refused a clearance from HWE? I thought he was the one causing all the trouble after last years GF Ace?

Jumbo I see Jimmy Struck isnt a certain starter either for TW as his clearance was refused.

Don't know the ins and outs but I am sure the club will sort it out in time for next week.

I hear that Rubberneck and the Rookie have been approached to replace Mr. Plow for the Informer. That is music to my ears as I personally thought Mr. Plow was full of shit and up himself.

Gee that James Rundle must be tearing up the track, got a special mention from the coach in the Producer today I see! "Some players have had a really great pre-season, none more than James Rundle." Wow! The lid is off obviously! :prayer:
