Anyway, it was good to see the Sharks in action again - best of luck for the season! Should get the win against Lonsdale next round. 8)

Aldinga had a crack in the A's but Marion too good in the end. A new team this year with at least 15 from last years A grade leaving, only round 1 with a weeks break so I'm sure Brad will look at where we can improve, thought our depth would be tested this year but a win in the B grade gives us hope for the year too, good young bunch of guys.

What was the margin against marion last year? Just wondering to see the differences in both teams from last season.

You'll find the Marion side that got thrashed by the Bombers was quite different from the side the Sharks saw. A few clearances had not yet come through.

You might have caught me red-faced there, TC  . Jumped the gun assuming with Williamson in the side had been considerably strengthened.
The original info about a few players yet to have clearances through came from a Marion official down at the Bay when they were playing the Bombers. Sounds like the Rams are still waiting then.

We ended up playing b grade and a grade, it was good to play as seperate teams and start working through some stuff. Unfortunately both us and goowla were struggling for numbers with heaps of players out but it gave some other blokes a chance at a game.

From what I here the main difference is the players this year are playing for the guernsey and last year playing for the coin, at least the sharks won't need to worry about players leaving after this season because the big bucks need to be reduced for new players to come in!!

I have heard very good comments about Brad and his coaching staff, the players are loven it.

Well done sharks sounds like your on the right track.

Well said Waza, and in these hard economic times there was no way the sharks could survive if they continued to pay the money that was being dished out.

15 of the A grade side from Saturday were under 21 years old. If this group sticks together Sharks will be a force in the future.

Not me! Only because there is no point to having 21 blokes all taking strong contested marks in the backlines.

i could be considered as a utility, wherever i'm needed, I'M THERE!!!

i did notice you kept the DOT to one major. but keep in mind, i'm 2 and a half foot taller, and got about 31kgs on him! (sure, he may beat me in the 100m sprint by 12.52 seconds!)

you're still mine HH3!!!
