Does it change with the fact we have secured a couple more players?

2 GSFL players - One a mail medallist, the other with 80 odd A-Grade games under his belt and still only 22.

Mail medalist, which league??

An 'A' Grade 1?? I know a lot of guys in this league, and if so then its a very good pick up, although i musn't have been in the last few years, even then, someone may be pulling your leg. Who is it??

why are people coming to our club then?

they arent..thats the kicker..we are being weaved a pack of lies..the 2 x apos and punts and lamshed were easily the best players at glenunga..massive hole..cause they lost the glenunga heart as well when they left..if you are ringing up kookas who isnt even registered to your club to come and play a game, enough said..BL will kick a cricket score..sorry jimmy..our club has some affinity with glenunga and we know hard times as well, but we dont blow wind up everyone with astonishing lies and rumours..give it a rest mate and let the sunday mail results do the talking

Kookas - I'm certainly no stalwart of the club but have been around long enough to know what's going on. Who said i even play?

Zedman, people are coming to the club. Why do we have 15 odd (at least) new blokes on the list? Most of which will play in the 1's. Sure, a lot of the guys from last year haven't returned, but we are trying to establish a new culture at the club and repair it from where it's been in previous years. Some of the guys from previous years wouldn't be all that welcome back anyway, so i've heard - no matter how good a players they were. We're rebuilding, but at the same time trying to win games and move forward. Our recruiting has been spot on this year, we won't be the muppets of div 6 that's for sure, and realistically i think we can push for a finals berth if we don't have to delve to deep into the reserves due to injuries to important players. Admittedly, if that happens then we may struggle a little.
