With 10 wickets still in the shed, of course they're a chance! You get 2 good bats in on a small, fast ground and anything is possible - it happened last week. ;) However, NEK are susceptible to playing risky shots against discplined bowling and if PV hold their catches, 300+ is a lot of sustained scoreboard pressure, especially if they lose their dcent bats cheaply. Mills will need to score a big hundred for NEK to win.

Me and the goats will see you lads heading out for a look there tomorrow. 8)

PS; Gigs, the word is ABANDONED, unless there was a deliberate play-on-words on your behalf, using the fictitious word A-BONE-DONED.. :P ;)

PPS; Hope you and Fritta get amongst 'em this weekend down The Foot, Dutchy!

Having played in premierships previously I derived my pleasure from sharing our success not focusing on the other teams loss and at times having respect and empathy for thier situation . Its my opinion that you obviously get your enjoyment from different sources than myself . Instead of taunting the Enfield Div 5 boys I suggest you direct your ridicule toward myself . I believe it was my mistake that cost us the flag by putting down a catch when a batsman was on less than double figures and he went on to make a matchwinning 56 not out . I am man enough to take reasponsability for that and my only regret is unintentionally letting my mates down but Im sure they are well aware it did not come about due to lack of desire or application . That is the highs and lows of sports and I will live to fight another day endeavouring not to make the same mistake again . Your comments seem ironic considering you were at my club after the game and yet did not have the courage to look me in the eye , which I think is a direct reflection on the type of person that you are . It was out of respect for my fellow team mates and club members that I showed restraint and did not vent my feelings toward you . The gloves are off you have crossed the line of no return and be assured there will be a time you will reflect on this situation with much regret . By the way I will confirm your presumption and inform you that this is Grant a proud member of a team full of great blokes . DING DING

Hatchet,
You dont know me, you nothing about me so quit getting on here and running your mouth accusing me of crap and questioning my integrity and character.

I dont care who you are, you are a nobody to me, your like an annoying piece of gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe!

Wasn't it YOUR side accused of racist comments on the weekend? Quit making out like your some sort of saint and taking every opportunity to rubbish me.

I'll tell you who i am. Im a 24 year old cocky, smart a**, arrogant, stubborn person who has probably achieved more in my life than you have in double the time your life has been going.

As for not looking you in the eye, i can assure you it was not for lack of "courage" and im sorry if you thought this was intentional, i dont even remember seeing you there! For the record i spent most of my time there havin a good chat to the Enfield blokes, commenting on how GOOD things are looking at the club and the A grade and its good to see the success you have had this season, also was talking about how i did empathise with them for the loss since i spent the previous 6 seasons working towards an A grade flag and know what it would mean to the club.

If you have a problem, its your F**king problem, but if you want to take it further, well dont let fear hold you back champ.

Now im done with you, stop wasting what little life you have in you on me and my "pathetic, immature" life & personality!

Bloody Oath! DIV 1 in my opinion should be 8 teams, i think there are a couple of Div 2 teams that will be capable. Just look at what happened this year, Paralowie and Our boys came up from Div 2 and both made finals. It's the premier division i personally think 8 teams would make it a very talented field.

Hey Auto i think it is a good idea. But i believe there was only 4 teams up to the standard this year. Not sure if anyone from Div 2 can make the step up. I doubt it. Maybe Adel Lutheran if they are keen. There dose need to be a shake up overall if this comp is going to keep going. There is growing interest in the comp now we need to build on it. Keep up the good work.

I agree. There are only 4 teams up to standard. An 8 team comp is a good idea, but are there 8 teams around the same standard that could match it with PV or NEK each game?

Congratulation to all the GF winners on the weekend. I must admit I would love to have played on the weekend. It has been noted that Mr Herder appears to be quite chuffed with his award too.

On a very sad note Mr Phantom Dale Kickett Gossiper has just realized it is very difficult to win life membership especially when you are at a different club each year. Don’t panic Mr Gossiper we dont want all those chins wobbling out of control. Your always eligible for recruit of the year……

Defently needs to go to 4 divisions which yeah 8 teams in div 1 im not sure who said it in an earlier post but they said this div 1 was very evenly contested with anyone able to beat anyone.. so you would think those 6 would be up there with adelaide luthern a.... the 8th team would be a worry
