In A1 I reckon Pulteney will easily defeat SPOC. The Princes v Adelaide High OS match should be a much more even contest. Going for Princes just but it wouldn't surprise if Adelaide High do get over the line
In A2 you can't go past Woody South over Scotch although if Harvey bowls like he did last match the Cats could be in for a tough time. In the other semi I'm tipping Hope Valley to smash Unley. Vaughan is the key for Hope Valley & Watson for Unley. Both sides have good bats but Hope Valley's bowling attack is a lot stronger than Unley's.
In A3 Flinders Park will smash Goodwood and ROCS will belt Reynella. Both ROC's and Flinders Park are a class above any other side in the A3 competition.

If Vaughan has a X Lotto ticket he will win div 1 tonight. Unley dropped him 5 times, missed 2 stumpings and he was adjudged not out LBW playing back to a spinner. He made em count though and hay thats cricket, you take your chances when they come and it's a different story.

Well done to Hope Valley's A, C and D Grades for all making the Grand Final. Let's hope they can all bring home the bacon. We should now have sides in 2009/10 in Premier, B1, B3 and if the D grade win - LOA. A great effort by all the lads

Well what can I say, catches win matches, and to give a player of his quality even one sniff, they are going to make you pay

Will let you off on that comment. I agree with you there, Vaughan is a talented player but to drop him so many times, he will make you pay which he did.

That is a massive capitulation but the way that Pulteney bat it is not surprising either. They are not afraid to play a lot of shots.

I played in the winning side in that match. I dont think they batted terribly a few blokes did, I just think it wore on them mentally from letting it slip the day before after having us 7/70 and letting us end up getting 217. Always harder chasing in a final too and once Hooky was gone it must have taking some serious air out of their tyres too considering the sheer wright of runs he has scored during the season. It certainly didnt feel easy bowling to them I can assure you of that.

Sounds a bit like trinity in the C1 grade, all out for 87 in about 30 overs chasing 169. No one showed the discipline to graft out an innings. There first and unsuccessful venture to the HV Cauldron
