hey kings just wondering if ya had any out yesterday against para hills3Kings wrote:boozehound wrote:chics wrote:In regards to the loxton Carnival: Kilburn did it about 5 years ago, and apart from the footy side of things, it is a great bonding excercise. We have always believed that footy trips should be in February, and not October... but getting the board to agree was always harder than we thought.Bonding on these type of things is priceless.
Boozy, in terms of Wilson getting a s***t load of kicks...have no doubt about that and have no doubt every single one hit a target. Quality Player, Quality person. In regards to Sat night Shenaniigans.......we been there, done that. It is bloody hard to play 3-4 games of footy over a few days, then all of a sudden have a Sat night free where you can have a bit of play time and not turn it on, then have to back it up again and play again on the sunday. We tried to keep a lid on the lads, but it all just went to s***t on the SundaySo Willo having a bit of a chuck, is no big deal at all !! Good luck this year. WE CANT WAIT TO PLAY YOU !!!!!
Yeah hopefully the bonding session serves us well throughout the year. Pretty cosy saturday night, I woke up sunday morning spooning with willow, damo miller and vanders in a two man tent.
Looking forward to playing kilburn too. Be good to see how far each club has come since last season. Cant see pembroke being any good unless they have several key onballers, several key defenders and several key forwards to come in from the loxton carnival side.
Walkerville on the other hand i hope have a miserable year and go down to div 4. Softc*cks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello Boozehound. Pembroke in fact did have those players missing for the Loxton carnival due to our captain's wedding. It was a great chance for our younger brigade to play against quality A grade footballers from other clubs. Our team is the strongest it has been in our time in division two and we are looking forward to playing finals football.
Go the Kings!
