Thats the issue i have. U blokes got shafted big time and other crap has happened but it is just play on no issues here. No wonder there are teams falling by the wayside. We raised it with the ump after the game sat and all he was worried about was fineing us!

Thats a bit harsh. I didnt even know you could get fined in this association

The game was over and done with, both parties should have had a good chat to sort things out.

NEK are a good bunch of lads. We rocked up at their ground at about 5 to see who had won. Chatted with them for a while. Also showed off my left-handed batting talent

Yeah. Have noticed that. Its a pretty heated topic. One in which i dont really have much to say at the moment. Not everyone agrees with PV ;)

It's got nothing to do with PV, or any one Club for that matter. The bottom line is that ANY official who CANNOT be impartial and apply the laws of the game in a fair manner does NOT deserve to umpire minor round cricket, let alone control (literally.. ) Finals matches! :x It's a disgrace! Especially when he can't even keep his trap shut - AWAY from, and AT the cricket ground - going around proudly boasting about his blatant cheating! Adelaide's a pretty small place, and the cricketing community is even smaller.. :-?

all i want are clear cut rules and clear cut penalties if you break them, tighten everything up so teams understand fully what they can and can't do. Less frustration and pissing and moaning that way.

out of interest, top 11 players in the association??? i know we have a association team but this doesn't always reflect the best players in the comp, what are people's top 11???

that would be a very strong side.... Atkins would be unlucky to miss that seeing as he is 3rd on the runs list this year.
