Paced out the approximate area for the meeting room in my yard yesterday. Its going to be a good space.

Anything will be better than nothing BB... I paced out one of the toilet cubicles in my yard.... Mental note to self - Get a bigger yard....

choccies it will be a sad day when we move from the "huts" to the new club rooms. i mean those huts have a history about them that i don't think people understand. when they nestled up on the hill overlooking the picturesque greenwith oval providing us with entertainment on those cold thursday evenings....thank god for $1 coins. what will happen to the huts? surely an auction to the highest bidder??!!!

I've got tears welling in my eyes now over those huts..... many many beers, chickens, hamstring stretches on the bar and 'coins on the nipple' competitions occured there over the year.... would be good to take the front off so it is more like a verandah, do it up and place it strategically on KFC hill... Gee.. the amount of times I have ridden the treddly home from there late on a Thursday night with a skin full...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

boys im thinking the KFC should look into getting one
lob the front off and wack it on the outer side of the new ground, ready made bar and shelter
im sure that if we run it by the colonel and his committee of the eleven secret herbs and spices they'd be up for it
i dont know if you heard me, but i did over a thousand

Shane is playing B's but definatley not had enough FS.

He has been on the track but only limited amounts. Various reasons including some injury niggles. He understands as do the other 4 a-grade premiership players starting in the B's this week why they are there. He, as do the others, understand there pre season has been limited and it is fair to reward the guys (who may be borderline a-grade players) with a chance to show themselves in the a's after putting in the extra yards over summer. Eventually the cream will rise to the top but the hard yards need to be made first.

Expect us to be at full strength for our trial against your lot though.

I wouldnt say that he has had enough of him at all, Mitch has always since he has been at GGFC rewarded the guys who have been to a large percentage of the pre season trainings with thier chance in the trials, i wouldnt read any more into it than that.

Definatley right FS. There is a healthy competition for spots amongst all four squads. It is going to be a hard task getting everyone to have a fair run in these first few trials

decent rooms and club but the oval is sorta on a hill, so you can be on the bench and when the ball is on opposite side of ground you can barely see the players, just chest and above ;)

I remember playing there as a junior and all you could see was heads bouncing up and down form one side of the oval!
