Another Cooper hundred (and five for). 1007 runs and 38 wickets. What's the ATCA season record that Duffett set a couple of years back? Could go this year.

Also, he might be hard to beat in A2 cricketer of the year!

Duffett made about 1140 I think. Incredible allround effort by Coops. Should give Duffett's record a shake.

He might have to break the record for Port Districts to make the finals. They are playing Hope Valley...... is it Cooper v's Vaughan for a finals spot?

Currently sitting in 4th on the A3 premiership table. Final round games kick off this weekend so if they win they will play finals. The loss of Gabb who made 600 odd runs last season has hurt them. Rely heavily on Hopkins with both bat and ball.

Indeed Cooper was a difficult batsmen to bowl to, but i reckon his good bowling figures have only come about when pressure has already been applied on the scoreboard with previous batting performances by port districts. (they bat first, put a score on the board, then get batsmen out stupidly while they get buried in the run chase).

But im not taking any credit away, hes deserved every wicket hes got, and well done to coops.

The A3 Grade is wide open with one round left. Is it possible that reynella, old ignatians, concordia and brighton could all still sneak into the 4th place to make up the finals??

Flinders Park and ROCS are obviously safe, and Goodwood looking just about safe.

If Goodwood lose and either Concordia or Old Iggies win they could miss out, so I don't think Goodwood are safe. Playing aginst Reynella won't be easy for them.

Does it really matter? Aren't FP & ROCS certain Grand Finalists?

Will be interesting to see what Goodwood do with their side this Saturday. Given they can't make the A1 finals and are safe from relegation could they drop a couple of A graders down? I think Brighton are too far behind and would need an outright to be any chance of making it. FP host Concordia and should win easily so that should end Concordia's chances. Iggies need to rely on Goodwood beating Reynella to be a chance and they have to knock off Brighton @ Brighton in the process which is a tough ask in itself.

I agree that FP & Rocs should play off in the Grand Final but having said that anything could happen in the finals. FP rely heavily on Taylor and if he goes cheaply FP may struggle. ROCS have had 6 different players make 100's this season and another player has made 400 runs without a century which is an amazing statistic. They will be hard to knock off IMO.

Cracker of a game coming up in LOB's this week with Hope Valley taking on Marion for fourth spot.

The teams havn't met this year due to heat and both play the top two sides in the final round. A win to valleys puts them a game and a half clear in fourth whilst marion will go half a game clear if they take the points.

Cant wait.

I'm tipping Woodville South will be hard to beat...

definately woody south favs from para hills and port districts i think

Para Hills will not make the finals

Port Districts well if you stop Cooper, You stop Port Districts...

Unley are the side that will take it out, if Woodville South dont.

February 4th, would of got great odds on Para Hills not making it...
