Do you think if Dan Christian continues to improve over the next year or so he could be Australia's answer (that they seem so engaged in) for a genuine all rounder? He's currently in first class games ave 25 with the bat and around 30 with the ball. Obviously would have to lift his batting a bit.

50 to Doc Harris. Largely forgotten about with all the talk of Fergy and Klinger but he's having a solid season. Only criticism could be lack of conversion of 50s into 100s, hopefully today's his day

No Chance

Struggling to play for SA let alone Australia.

Has only played 7 first class games. Very generous with his averages too, he averages just over 22 with the bat and a fraction over 34 with the ball.

No were near good enough.

I like Christian, never say never IMO. Who would have thought Harris would get anywhere near the Aussie side 5 years ago?

I like him as well but he is going to need a lot more time than a year to be in any sort of contention.

Im suprised the winges arent out saying we are batting to slowely wa wa wa.... ;)

I think its great what each player has done this year.

Their are the stand outs Klinger and ferg but Doc, cleary christo have all played a part to. Borgas had a few inportant 1 day knocks and youngsters have done well when given the chance. Although the squad is a little inconsistant they are definately moving in the right direction.

Get a win here get of the bottom of the ladder and work hard for next year

1/182 with about 40 overs left in the day.

A great platform that with Ferg, Cossy and Christian to come we SHOULD be able to capatalise on with a reasonable lead at the end of todays play and a significant lead by lunch tomorrow. It would be great to see the boys finish of the year with two outright wins.

Great going by the Rebacks so far fingers crossed it continues. Great to see Harris finally churn out a ton, could be what he needed to get the confidence right up there
