Why is that whenever there is a social function they have to get something new - shoes, necklace, bag...
FFS any danger in wearing the same outfit and accessories twice???
Just had the phone call from Mrs Tassie informing me she needs new shoes for a 30th tomorrow night....
To be fair, they probably have trouble understanding why we have to go to the pub every coupla days, or watch every possible waking minute of footy during winter ... If clothes, Jewellery, Accessories etc keep her off your back, don't question it mate, just accept and let it be.
Dont justify their behaviour by comparing it to ours!

Just go and check out the bins at the back of the Settlers Hotel, if you get enough out of them for a decent feed, then you can jump in one for a camp and hope like Christ they don't pick you up and put you in a dumpster!
