the gravity of the consequences of flippant rules (ie. point deductions) are now quite obvious. Not only can teams miss out on finals, but teams can be relegated.

So i guess this means your staying in our comp then. It should be a good Div 1 next year but i think Rose Park will stay up. There is not anyone in div 2 that is capable

Don't right off Western 11 Knights.

I reckon 2 or 3 div 2 teams could beat Morialta

I think the only team that could be competetive is Adelaide Lutheren. The top two teams will lose too many players in the off season to be able to match it with NEK And Paralowie

We will just have to wait and see. What are Vista's going to do for next season recruiting wise? Paralowie sound like they will have an OK team.

I wouldnt be able to play for Para Vista. Dont earn 100k plus a year.. yet.

No way i would move to a different club in this association. Fitzroy is a great place to play at.

I think they should leave the Div 1 teams as is for next season, i think we can all admit this has been the most exciting season so far, right down to the last game or last ball! What are the rules for teams being demoted/promoted??

Leaving the same teams in Div 1 for next season will only strengthen the comp i feel, with all teams being in the hunt for the finals down to the last game, then next year the teams will be looking at recruiting to get that edge, and recruiting more and better players, means a stronger and growing comp!

Rarely does a team that gets relegated go down anyway. Teams nominate for divisions at the start of the season anyway, so they figure it out from there

Stop stealing my ideas, everyone plays each other twice, one two day game and one, one day game.

i think it should be that you play everyone twice a year. Not the current some twice and some three times. Also this year some teams such as fitzroy played 2 more home (if you can call that sand pit a home ground) games this year than Rose Park. Not sooking, dont get me wrong, just that the comp should be 100% equal. Please dont offer any tissues.

Just a delagates meeting, but careful, that's where they impose the penelties before telling the clubs. So who knows, if one of the top 4 get deducted points, we might be back in. ;)

1thing i can assure you is if fitzroy get there points back and make the finals you will not hear 1 word out of myself or anyone at paralowie apart from wishing fitzroy all the best unlike some we wont be sooking

Always hard, weather with a heat policy these days, it will always be uneven, not much you can do about it.

As for our sandpit, we will be back at Sam Johnson next year and it is looking a picture, so if anyone wants to play at a top ground, with fantastic club rooms give us a pm ;)

from what i hear a team that made the finals might be losing a LOT of players and have to play in a lower division no matter how far they go in the finals.
