20/20 is for the modern spectator who has been trained to have the concentration span of a gnat, and can't read a post of more than three lines or watch a clip of more than 2 minutes, let alone read a newspaper, or [gasp] a book... ;)

But it isn't the fault of cricket, Psyber. They are providing an incredibly popular product to the masses and it is shaping the direction of cricket. To see kids excited about sport can never be downplayed.

They are traditionally alleged to have, but I really don't know whether it is true.
The saying is probably is based on the idea that a tiny brain doesn't store much but who really knows! :?

Rob Quiney has been brought into the 12 man squad at the expense of an injured Michael Clarke. Brad Haddin will captain Australia for the first time. Mitchell Johnson has also pulled out with a niggling ankle injury and no replacement will be required.
Hopefully get to see a top order of Warner and Haddin, Quiney at 3, Dave Hussey followed by Ferguson and White. A bloody exciting and inexperienced side that im looking forward to watching.

Clearly CA doesn't want 20/20 to be taken any more seriously than i do.

A baffling choice. Might as well get Ferg to skipper the side.

I can see everyone was excited by our one run win over the Kiwi's! Thank f__k thats the end of Channel 9's commentary team for another year.

Looking forward to the South African tour starting in a week or two. :D

It was a pretty entertaining game.

Voges catch was superb and was the turning point in the match.
