Cosgrove in some great touch and felt he had a point to prove today. Great to see him grab a quick 50, hopefully he can get to 100 and leave us in an outstanding position for 1st innings points over the weekend.

Well done to Harris as well, a good, solid innings today.

Finally this man has gone on with a start. Well done Doc. Hopefully Cossie goes on with his start.

Its a funny game cricket- he actually didnt go on with his start- their first slip just happened to drop it this time- but 100 is a 100 good on him

Harris just gone. Well done on a solid innings. The numbers look healthy if Manou can stick around.

yeah Cossie you champ, get him in the Aussie side, been hard done by, but no seriously well done to Cossie, I hope this turns his career around and he gets back to pounding attacks all over the ground on a regular basis, we all know he hasn't towed the line but perhaps today may well show him, he does still have what it takes, been a great effort by the SA boys today

I never got off it! He's a victim of a situation of his own doing and it's great to see he has done something about turning it around.

Regardless of whether he is fat, lazy or any other thing the one thing he is without question is one of the best batsmen in the state. He proved it today and proved why he needs to be in the side.

He isnt lazy he isnt un fit he is just heavy set.... he is fit enough to play state cricket and higher but as soon as he went into a form slump of sorts the media jumped on his back and used his weight as a reason.

you will never see a slim cozzy so let him play and watch him perform and proove everyone wrong.

There were 3 main reasons mooted by the crowd at the ground today

1...His knee has been re-injured.
2...He was on the phone to selector Andrew Hiditch bragging about bowling gun batsman Klinger.
and the most popular reason why Roy missed the session
3...He told his team-mates he was going to go fishing by the river Torrens today and would be back as soon as he caught his first fish ...

Been informed Roy went for tests and may have suffered an injury ?

Also Ryan Harris is injured as well ?

Roy Symonds knee soreness, had it in ice to get the swelling down, expected to bat
Ryan Harris fractured foot, and very unlikely bowl for the rest of the game[bat with a runner?]
