haha yeah i did it quick, Cass still beat me though the bastard. It was roughly 12mins 30secs for the 3.3km, Cass did 12min 27sec. He must be pretty fit. Oh he signed by the way too. Feeling a bit better today, i worked so that was a start! Anyway over and out
