Ferg looked at home in his two brief innings so far, especially the second one.

The NZ bowlers just bowl full tosses to White because he knows he will only get singles off them (if that). I'm yet to see big hitting by him and let's face it, that is the only reason he is in the Aussie team.

Put Ferg up the order and give him a chance. He will score at a run a ball. Watching him just effortless flick balls away for singles when required was brilliant to watch and makes you wish he came in higher. I'd put him above Dave Hussey even though that will never happen.

Australia 1 Michael Clarke, 2 Brad Haddin (wk), 3 Ricky Ponting (capt), 4 David Hussey, 5 Michael Hussey, 6 Cameron White, 7 Callum Ferguson, 8 James Hopes, 9 Mitchell Johnson, 10 Nathan Bracken, 11 Ben Hilfenhaus.

FFS why bring him in and bat him at No.7 every game how is he suppose to prove himself when he only has 5 - 10 overs to bat? They know what David 'i've done nothing all summer' Hussey and Cameron 'i'm the worse player ever to wear the baggy green' White can do (which has been nothing lately) yet keep them in the side and batting above him....Ferguson will be dropped soon and for no real reason, just wait and see!

I know it's been covered previously but how disappointing has the Hilf been this summer. Given his chance in the one dayers but really has bowled poorly and never looked like being a threat. I still think he is an excellent bowler but he's done himself no favours this summer.

His fielding in the last 2 games has also left alot to be desired, I am sure with more experience he will turn it all around
