with a revised forcast of 41 @ Adelaide for Sat with a cool change @ lunch could the SCA review the Hot weather policy due to the fact that the Noarlunga temp is for 37 and a sw change???

No cricket since the 17 Jan?

Gee Shoe Boy,the shoe boys of old would be well out of condition by now with that much match fitness gone. Beer guts and no money in the bank due to s##t house punting ability..
Is it still the same now ??

Young Shaun Williams has also been going pretty well at the Stingrays this year ----- already has senior wickets to his credit and batting also showing promise.
Huge shock at Bice Oval last night when the news came through, but terrific to hear the injury was not as bad as it could have been.
Lets hope he ends up with a full recovery that does not affect his bowling ability at all. The Stingrays really rate him.

with all the talk about no cricket being played due to hot weather, then perhaps we should play more 1 dayers at the beginning of the season rather than later in the season.it is going to give us more results and if youre a team relying on results to say finish in the top 2 or even just make the finals then perhaps this would be a better sollution.cmon boys no one wants to play in 40 degree heat,f#k i dont wonna play anything above 35.u no think about it,all finals played are 2 dayers so why would we have the 2 games b4 xmas and every game after xmas(excluding the last game of the season)being played as 1 dayers, personally i think the programming is wrong and needs to be looked at,or play 1 dayers full stop.

A great man said to me last night that he was gonna put to the SCA board to have the juniors played on a friday night and the seinors start at 10 on a saturday and should be finished by 2 30 due to the heat.
my thoughts is that is a great idea 1 because u would get more parents/seinor players coming to watch their juniors and 2 on the saturday u would miss the hottest part of the day and still get to play cricket.

Apparently the change will be in before lunch tomorrow, so we wont be playing cricket even though by 12.30 it will most likely be under 30C..... the pub it is again.
