Those one or two in the Pipeline wouldn't be a CHF & a CHB would they Ace. Massive coup for you guys if you land them. I understand the CHB would be close to a done deal since he is Reid'ys brother in-law but the CHF would be a massive coup for you guys. You certainly can't say you don't pay players if you land him thats for sure.

PS: Good luck Saturday Ace. Lucky the weather is still gonna be nice and warm. Your better double the bar tab mate ;) :drinkers: :partyman: :supz:

Good rumours there MC. Heard a similar whisper last night. Joel will be a handy inclusion back into the middle for the Eagles too, if he comes back.

That whisper must be doing the rounds then Donkey ;) . I have also heard that Joel is a definate starter this year. Will the leadership group welcome him back with open arms though after he walked out on them last year??????????????
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Nice one Unit. Thats a backward step by the Donkey if I've ever seen one. Going by past comments from the Donkey, if this youngster did put in a clearance Donkey wouldn't want him on his team anyway. Something along the lines of why would you want to play with a player who doesn't want play for you. Ring a bell Donkey.
As Ricky Ponting would say "Donkey talks like tarzan but acts like Jane"

Haha nice work MC. Not quite what I said. I said we would offer counselling to the poor young lad whom is considering going to the dark side. I also said its not up to me, its up to the commitee so I cant really speak on behalf them, whereas you guys are on the committee and can speak about it on behalf of the United Footy Club. I said if he has a good reason, I cant see why there would be an issue, so whats the issue there? Sometimes Jane prefers Tarzan's sensitive side, so why not do what the boss says, hey if means she'll take off the palm leaves its worth it!

It is a bit of poor form Swamp, that you can be so vocal on other clubs clearing or not clearing players & then hide behind comments like "i'm not on the committee, i don't know club policy" when you get it back on you...
Although i have to agree that Matt East is gay! Also, if you keep calling United the dark side, i'm pretty sure Pint of Ale will change his name to Darth Vader!

I've also heard Ace, that Reidy's brother in law won a mail medal at his last club. Was it Keith?

I think you may be blowing it all out of proportion a little unit. My original dig was about Willy, which was about 6 months ago. If read the posts of last week you'll see that defending a call from someone else that was giving United shit on the situation, I said that they (United) have proved otherwise recently by clearing players. The Matt East situation was 6 years ago so move on and dry your eyes.

This is the post i was refering to SD.

Just don't think anyone from Mallala should be making judgments on other clubs clearing players.

Spider Sharman has played for us his whole life Donkey so I wouldn't really count him as an in although he did carve up the track tonight so look for a big year from him.
As for the Full Forward, well I too have played my whole life at United but if you're gonna count me as an in, well I'll take that as a compliment. ;)

Just curious who is spider sharman? His name comes up regularly but dont remember watching him having a run around.
