Well, we did do some laps of the snakepit. Hasn't got any easier. They've really fixed it up though, put fencing all the way around, looks pretty good.

Still there a bit, but my core strength has never been better. Mostly doing running drills, rather than too much kicking. Will do a course of strong anti-inflammatories at some point this preseason and then hope my core holds it all together. Will be good to go by round one.

Houghton had the option of Div 6 but opted for Div 7 and Henley also had the same option. Both went for Div 7 in the end
