We don't want the run rate to get too 5 too quickly these two need to keep it in check for a little while yet to remain a chance IMO.

Christian gone for 4. Just about all over now. Cleary needs to hang around with Ferg.

Yep i think the chase will be called off now. Lets hope they don't hand the points to the Vics.

We just need to hang in there and go for the draw, no point trying to do something that isn't going to happen.

We need 106 off 20 and they need 4 wickets. A draw is what i think it will be.

Why??? We have nothing to loose. They will definately try and win, they need 5 an over with a great batsman at the crease. Have faith, unlikely to win, but Sh*t dont fly the flag this early. You never know. If we're still there at the end we should be capable of winning

102 needed off 18. No point giving up the chase. May as well let Ferg have a go and see what can happen. Absolutely nothing to lose for SA.

We might as well go for the win. We have 91 to get now and Ferg is still in. He is the man who needs to stand up here and get us home. Cleary can support him.

If SA were trying to draw to hold a good position on the Shield ladder, then I would be all for them playing for that.

However, we are sitting dead last on the table - I'd rather see them have a crack at winning the match. There is nothing to lose.

Time for Ferg to show everyone that he isn't a front runner. Cleary is more than capable at supporting him.

Ferguson 86* now. 89 needed to win off 16.4. If Ferg is there at the end we will win.

I'm with you guys. Have a crack at it. We have nothing to gain by drawing the match and with Ferguson there we are quite capable of scoring at that rate. In previous years we have given up matches to other teams when we are still in the hunt. In this case, we are never going to catch the Vics on the ladder so lets just go for the win.

Cleary just out though!
