Undisciplined batting has been our problem all summer. Far too much attention placed on an inexperienced bowling attack, and not enough focus on the real problem ... batting.

Most of them are so scared of failure, it causes them to fail, they should get out there and back themselves, that's why they are in the side in the first place.
