Any1 got anything on Ramblers?? Obviously Button, Morris, & Marchetti (may be back late in the season) will be gone. But any ins???
It seems young Dougall will be having to make a decision soon aswell ie Cricket or Footy. In the U/18 Australian side for Cricket, well done fella!!! Would imagine the Redbacks will be knocking on his door.

Yes, lion heart he is, but he is not a man of his signiture. Have you asked him if he has signed a contract at tailem ????? I think if you do your home work clubs can make them honour their signed contracts or at worst can make them stand out for the period of their contracts. The reason why I say this is because clubs invest a lot of time and effort only for individuals to boost their own egos and make themselves feel better, at the cost of many people who give the valuable time to assist in the management of football clubs all throughout the state.Does anyother club agree???

Heard that that Gary was soft anyway... no big loss to the Eagles.

The returning locals are the best pick ups for Tailem... Muffy and MJ... and I'm not too sure if Dent has ever seen them play, but once he does he'll be wondering why he ever wasted time on average players like Gary...

Sounds like the locals at Tailem are gunna be big improvers. I remember seeing the running at the High School as early as October on a regular basis.

I wonder though, if Tailem's Adelaide based players are even going to bother training at all? I hear last season Radis, Bell and Robertson did not make it to a single training. Not one!! That is pathetic!! No club will be successful if they can't even train together.

Makes ya wonder how the locals feel about that? Bet not one is getting cash (except probably Hogarth) yet they are the ones taking it seriously...

Does this happen at any other club?? Players not training with the team at all??

fantastic point about training how can you possibly have a good game plan on a saturday when blokes dont train together and the locals would have to get upset why wouldnt you. Not one training for the year that is beyond pathetic it is un acceptable and disgraceful this should not be tolerated by a club these blokes would be laughing all the way to the bank

Thats better lion heart as you stated earlier that he hasn't, Tailem will not hold him and will be free to go. Just wanted to make my point of players jumping ship once they have committed. SO GO GARY GO, GO GARY GO, GO GARY GO!!!!!!!!

Exactly. And when are the club gunna stand up and do something? Surely Dent wouldn't let this happen this year?

I think Tailem will be a real force, but certainly not because of the recruits. Tailem have a TERRIBLE recruiting record!! Bout time they get the right blokes, and grow the balls to make it a requirment to train at least once a week. Wasting money, time and make the club look bad. When you run out with the most recruited paid players in the league, and still can't make the finals, its embarassing for the club.

I"m not sure if you're referring to the last 5 to 7 years, or maybe the last 3 years, or in general, because Tailem's recruiting throughout the late 80's and 90's was exceptional. The last 3 years though haven't anywhere near the same standard.
