Booked a trip to Darwin on Monday and the bastids have not double, but TRIPLE charged me for my ticket.
Upon ringing them, I was given an apology and told that the refund would take up to 6 weeks.
6 weeks?

Pigs arse I said. I gave them 7 days or I'll go to the ombudsman and to Today Tonight I said, not to mention the dishonour fees I'd be charged for not having enough money in the bank now to cover organised debits, meaning that the said $139 trip would end up costing me potentially up to $120 more because of their screw up.
I'll be pushing for star class for this trip, I tell ya what
