Mjaskalo would be getting towards the end of his time, wouldn't he? Think he started as a junior at Pooraka along with his brother many moons ago.

Jacko missed about half the season with soft tissue injuries this year but was very handy pinch hitting in the midfield when he was fit.

He kicked 10 goals from a forward pocket in one game.

Local identity is Rod Thurlow and has B grade/A grade assistant job at Pooraka in SAAFL under Mark Watts. At least 2 players [ex bulls] confirmed going with him at this stage

So that's O'Malley and Mjaskalo heading back.
Wattsy's a good bloke and from what I've heard a good coach to, considering he started at a reasonably young age in the caper.[/quote]

Was told the two players are Mjaskalo and Rodgers[ex murrayville A grade coach].Apparently just had enough of travel and keen to give something back to pooraka with their experience and help develop the younger players.Still be very handy players in div 4

No losses or gains that can be confirmed yet for Murrayville.

Surely someone from Karoonda can confirm some signings?

I heard the other night that they have signed a CHB from Adelaide for $700 a game after a nice donation from a local with $$$$ to spare.

While it is a massive loss, sayers seems to be the only major loss for Peake at the moment- most guys from last year seem to be hanging around. Add to that that a couple of pick ups- not sure of names or quality though- Big Dog is on the net now since flying the nest he may have more details!!
