Its a tough choice Thiele my 8 hour shift finishes at 3pm.Or should I do the full 10 hour day 6.30am until 5pm.I'll let you be the judge.But it does cause angst at my work place .The permanent Part timers agreed to work 10 hour days with out OT a few EBA's ago.OT doesn't take affect for them until they have worked 38 hours.
Me I work 8 then I am in OT when I do it.And the angst occurs when us Full timers go home after 8hours .
Why should I work back? I can't get further up the ladder at work. And they have a habit of asking 5 minutes before your shift finishes.

Iam with you my shift finshes at 3pm. I'am full time. Not allowed to work over time But the last couple weekends had to work on the weekend for a few hours. All the part timers that finsh at 3 try to sneak a couple mins earlier so they get to there buses earlier but i usally catch them up at bus stop

at my mob we who finish at 3pm are expected to work right up to three.after having to work until 5 for a couple of weeks I realised the people who work until five normally were all stopping and talking from 4.50 until 5pm.

Coming into Adelaide on the freeway last Monday surrounded by cars in all lanes doing 98 in the 110 zone, 85 in the 100 zone, etc.
I saw one possible explanation when stopped at the lights below the toll gate - I've never seen so many reasonably current cars with really bald tyres...

Another possible explanation - I've checked my speedo at the various Vicroads sites 5 times since early December - when my speedo says 108 I am spot on 100. I wonder if car speedos are routinely calibrated to read high?!

Where there are 8 petrol pumps and only 1 LPG pump, and they pull up to the petrol pump right next to the LPG one blocking off the LPG, when they could have used any of the other 7 pumps !!

That really, really gives me the shits...lol.

i am with you there mum, i get really peed off at that, and what about the ignorant tools who go against all the other users and come in from the other way? i for the life of me dont know why all servos are'nt one way, can anyone tell my it isnt the case? just came back from interstate and saw one that had no entry signs up at one end of the bowsers - makes complete sense to me
