Are Hahndorf still sad about their qtr final loss last year? ;)

Can say Kersbrook were scatching for a team this Sunday too. We've rounded up 11 blokes of which I don't know how many are cricketers!?!?! Good to see the Razorback is playing on Sunday, and yes will be facing up to the great man.

What is the other games on Sunday? Will be interesting to see how Paracombe go, as they will be flat out to win the comp.

Interesting. Also heard that if they are in TVCA they might drop back to A2s. Either way the A grade will be struggling again for numbers. It wouldn’t surprise me if Cambrai return to A grade, and at Lenswood we’re reasonably keen if we manage to hold onto our current team. Whilst the top 3 or 4 teams in A2s are reasonably strong, the overall depth has been pretty weak this season, with a lot of one-sided games.

Mt Torrens could be another team to go up, but seemed to struggle a few years back when they were in As. Their team has weakened since then. Eden Valley have as much depth and talent as anyone in A2s, but are an apathetic mob who only know how to play in 20/20 mode.

Do you boys think the courier cup has run it's course? a bit like the tri series?

It maybe next year has to be run as a 20/20 comp over maybe 2 sundays? I know personally it is hard after bowling 15-20 overs on a sat arvo then fronting up for sunday is bloody hard work, and a lot more guys have to work on weekends so any time they do get off is pretty precious.

It needs a revamp.

A T20 knockout comp would be great with all clubs involved, even non A grade teams like Mylor, Eastern Ranges could have a crack....make it Sundays from 4pm get the BBQ's/Bars cranking and might even get a few people turn up to watch and be a good $$ spinner for the home club

Agreed it needs a look at. 20/20 could be an option, as Adelaide Turf use to do, but even they have tossed the Sunday cricket idea, and now they play their carnival on Tuesday nights. They use to also give the lower grade teams a go too, which the 3 comps could do for the likes of Lenswood, Mt.Torrens, Mylor, Eastern Ranges, Maccelsfield, Ashbourne etc etc.

If it did go 20/20, I'd like to see the Semis played on the 2 Woodside Grounds with the Final directly afterwards on the Main Oval. Would be reasonably Central for all comps, and scarey scores would be made on Woodside No.2 Ground :D

That would great to watch and I rekon Eastern Ranges would give the A grade teams a red hot go, after all they have traditionally played most games as if they were 20/20s. Some games under lights at Lofty or if going interassociation Nairne would make for a really good atmosphere.

Where was Razorback Sunday? :!! With 2 TV teams and 2 Hills Teams left, I imagine the draw will have Kersbrook play either Uraidla or Meadows.

Was a pretty good game, with a real competitive edge to it with not only vital points on the line but Also the Tooey Cup (in memory of Jason Schapel)

First time Uraidla has beaten Aldgate in normal competition for about 8 years I think.
