Another big game this week in Div 1 Fitzroy v Paralowie. Might go along way to see which club gets into the finals.

or Morialta v Rose Park in Div 1, whichever club wins, will get into the finals to.

Morialta will make the finals, but expect Rose Park to finish last. They were pretty unimpressive yesterday. Beside Reidy, and Hall i dont think they have a "batsman" and even Hally struggling this year. I would think Morialta easy unless they have one of thier "all out 80's".

I would have thought that they would settle for a score like that. They usually rely on Vanderwerf to steady the ship. Thats why they make 80.

I think Morialtas batting line up on paper isnt that bad. Although not as strong as last season, still plenty of blokes who can make runs.. Going through a tough period and hard to see them fighting their way out of it.

Not just a slow over rate. We started 5 mins late, Lost some time when your skipper got hit in the nuts trying to pull every ball knee height. Yesterday showed we are just a bunch of football mates who have a hit now and again to fill in time until footy and you blokes are a team who takes it very serious.

Can't believe captain blue balls did not accept the esky full of ice which his teammates kindly bought out onto the ground

Agree on your second point after the weekend although after our first round encounter you blokes were more switched on and ready to play than we were.

What's happening down at Enfield? Their B's only rocked up with nine players on Saturday, one of whom knicked off and tried to play in the C's on the same day! Are there blokes that only want to play C's? I would have thought there's not much difference in the (poor) quality cricket in div 4 and 5, is there...?

Apparently he was named on both team sheets and bowled a couple of overs before people worked out what was going on. doesnt seem fair to me...

i dont rate NEK at all, sorry guys. bunch of sloggers (apart from some classy batters) and a style that is totally unsustainable come finals time. stats prove me wrong to now, but from what i have seen i wasnt that impressed at all.

like i said, the stats dont support my feelings. been playin cricket a long time to know when things cant keep merry for a long time...and thats the way i feel about their style of cricket. teams that can catch all the skyed balls they present will win games....thats whats happened in most games from what i hear, catches havent been held.

Thats a bit harsh on Para Vista i reckon. They should easily beat Morialta.
