Shoeboy all the players were informed about Meyer shield last night after training down at Shoeland. The pres told everyone after his usual speech.

Well state the facts then? Where are the facts to support what you have said>?
You have stated an opinion, big difference, anyway ill let you pump your own tyres up as much as you want, keep patting yourself on the back.

i have faced both of them this year mcivor is quicker dont need to pump my tyres they dont go flat coz i dont bowl simple

congrats to Kangee's today in a good game that came right down to the wire. I cant remember the last time the Shoe's lost to Kangee's but well done and deserved.
The pleasing thing for me was to see such a young Shoe side that played today and fought it out to the end.
Noarlunga about 6/180 with jimmy and juniour and Dane the best with the bat. Kangirilla 9/190 making the runs with 2 overs to go and 2 wickets,Marcus and the old wise head Gary Bilney not out about 60. I am sure the Shoe boys will learn from this and the fact wickets on no balls can really hurt 3 I believe?
B grade had another good win
C grade got the runs with 1 ball remaining against the unbeaten Flagies.
Kids are playing a 2 week game but the 16 have almost won with only 10 runs required and 10 wickets in the shed. =D>

I hear Bose had a day out today with a big score and Porties getting up against M/Vale.
Has anyone got the side playing a friendly V Kangaroo Island tommorow??

well done to porties today boes showed why he is the best captain in the leage!
also big raps on seaford beating cove in a nail biter ross and mcivor both with 4 wickets
well done to kangys aswell

my thoughts are with the botten family as todd had a heart attack on the cricket field today and a very big thank you to the cove blokes who resusitated him thanks very much

the team is still not set in concrete as illness and injury both play a big part in selection.

G.Bilney ---- the grand old man of cricket.
An unbeaten half-ton, and he is still yet to be dismissed in A-Grade ! =D>
Outstanding 2008/9 record from the Kangy veteran so far, alternating between A's and B's ---- 313 runs for an average of 156.5 !!
A-Grade knocks so far have been 35 not out, 14 not out, and now 51 not out. Began the season in B's with 94 not out then 101.
Top stuff Pres !! And his Kangy boys are on a roll !!

How did your 2 Southern Districts "recruits" go shoeboy? Obviously had a great influence on your games result in such a brave effort by the young Noarlunga side, while two guys got dropped who have played all year! No wonder so many guys leave the shoe every year.... :?

Irvine came in for Peach whos on holidays and Nizzola came in for Bahr who is playing state country. The only lad who got dropped was young Sanjay who was struggling in the firsts. Not one person complained about these two young lads playing as being former juniors were than welcomed back. So i suggest you jog on back to the turf league forum where you can slag off another club you know nothing about.
