Ronchi has replaced Haddin for the T20 matches.

I agree that Paine is a far superior cricketer but it's just 20/20 so they may as well pick the useless slogger.

i agree with that comment but looking at the side where will he bat, Warner and Marsh to open, ponting 3, mike hussey 4, dave hussey 5, cam white in there aswell..
if ronchi is batting 7 u might as well play the better gloveman IMO for a 20/20 because a lot of the time he will only bat for an over...

Good to see Warner get a gig and no Hauritz.

Not a huge crowd from the looks of it. The Hilf and Tait are the reasons I'm pumped about this game.

I am a bit concerned that Dave Warner will be ruined by the 20/20 phenomenon. He's been talked up so much by his one day domestic and 20/20 performances but he is yet to play a first class game. The guy has so much talent and i'd just hate to see him think he needs to slog all the time. He is better than that and has every shot in the book. If he gets carried away thinking he needs to play a certain way then it might spoil what could potentially be a good career in the real version of the game. I'd like to see him picked in the NSW shield side and told to become a real cricketer rather than just a slogger.

Amazing to think that at half capacity you've still got 50,000 odd fans in there though. Beautiful ground.

Also what a hitter Warner is. Unbelievable. Agree btw rooster but it is up to the higher-ups to handle him the right way. Lets hope they do.

I was just thinking RR, how long will it be before Countries just coach players to play 20/20 specifically, very sad if it happens but hell from what i have seen in 3 overs, this kid can bat 24 off of 10
