I didn't mean an increase in tax on ALL businesses.
That makes more sense - I didn't read it that way, but that may be because I'd take the things of businesses entirely and only let genuine clubs have them, and only for members and genuine guests..
Nope - that's a business I couldn't get into myself, as much as I'm fond of making money! ;)

I went past the facility at Greenacres today for the first time. No wonder North are doing so well, it looks pretty impressive from an outside glance.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

I think that giving any advantage to the clubs will tend to allow them to spend the money either on additional facilities or on sport related activities. This would tend to increase employment in these areas maybe at teh expense of the private pokies operators. I see this as a positive move and should be considered by teh government as a way of mitigating the negative impact of pokies.
