true you dont need pace and from what it shows there both over rated 1 bowles too many wides and the other cant take a wicket!

porties beat valley @valley last night in a 20/20 93 to 80.
valleys matting is 10 times worse than kangys even mcivor could jag a wicket :)

porties beat cove in another close game. cove needed 9 off the last over and fell 3-4 runs short.
why does comer bat below raffety and m.dean he could of been the difference

comer opened in the first game of the yr against porties and made 70 odd. so to say he cant bat against the new ball is garbage. i think you'll find he does it because he likes to give everyone a go...

with the shoes beating john candy yesterday is the season all over for them runner up one year to 2nd bottom the next whats goin on there no dill boy no seaford too many sleepless nights i reckon :lol: :lol: :lol:

the porties boys would be dirty right now with the unwritten law that if the a grade beat last years winners the team gets a free keg of beer there was a few boys who looked unhappy last night,good win but cove will hit back well also good 2 see both teams go in for a beer afterwoods

A great game of cricket at the Shoe on sat and a great day for the life members and past players who were entertained by some good cricket.
The two Jasons in Peach and Scarfe were magnificant with some batting that was a pleasure to watch with Junior making 77 in no time and Peachy batting at 3 and making 149 no. the Shoes ending their 45 overs 5/280.
Congrats also to Seaford for making a game of it with some entertaining batting from the start but just to many runs to chase down. Also great to see D Ross back but am sure he wished he didnt.
B grade belted S/R
C grade belted M/Vale
16 had their first loss of the year against F/Hill
14 went down but only bowled 13 extras well done lads getting better.

Porties boys congrates on a good win and played in good spirit in a tight contest maybe some other clubs should take a look at cove and porties sportsmanship :lol:
