Did anyone else pick up what Ian Chappell observed about the South African numbers on the shirts? I get the impression that the board over there want it to start from where the South African team was chosen on merit and not colour.

I hate to say it....no actually I'm bloody happy to say it: Johnson is becoming a magnificent young bowler and may well be good enough to lead our attack.

McKenzie gone.

Haha and that last ball was a ripper. He'll tighten things up given time I'm sure. Also Lee back on, good change because he's about due.

RSA 1/46.

How slow are they batting, they will be lucky to reach the total by the new year.

I'm still worried tbh because they aren't losing wickets. We need another strike before they crack three figures.

And it's tea. Well...I think South Africa might win this. At first the total looked impossible but it's got that eerie feeling about it as it has throughout the whole test.

Betfair is paying $6.60 so they've shortened a lot during this partnership (out to $11 after McKenzie fell). Might be worth a punt I reckon.

I reckon we will get Smith shortly, and then if we get Amla, there isn't much else to get..... Kallis has been out of form and the rest ain't that good.
