Slow days cricket from NSW yesterday
278 in 96 overs!!!!! Something drastic is gonna have to happen in this first session if there's going to be a result. They wont declare under 400-450 and that will take another 50 overs or so.

First innings points are the best we could possibly hope for but it will be an incredibly difficult task. Klinger and Khan will have to make big scores you'd think.

Cricket is an individually selfish game - Daniel Smith's 100 seemed more important than declaring at the right time. I dont' get that. Surely team comes first?

Yes but when he should have declared (1/2 hour earlier) he only in the 70s.

Are you agreeing or defending?

Just saying if he was being selfish he wouldn't have declared when he was on 87

Sounds like a fairly batting friendly wicket. What are the chances of Klinger scoring another ton? Hopefully we bat for the rest of the game. They didn't play for a result so we shouldn't bother to either.

Seems like a declaration later today is the best option.

Yes, if we're 3 or 4 for 350, we will, otherwise we'll decalre, I'd think.
