Harsh, master plan, weather he is fit or not has nothing to do with it. has big mouth with little impact. balak are on the improve for that decision. expecting big things from the evans boys next year. perhaps johnno evans to permantently stay down back, makes them look so much more balanced with that.

its not harsh at all to say his comment was being diplomatic, from the feedback on this thread about jake its pretty clear is isnt too popular due to his attitude etc... maybe a change of scenery is what he needs?

I wonder where the 'loose cannon' will front up in 2009? Best of luck to the club anyway!

Word out of the Wheatsheaf yesterday from the Medalist that Virginia has signed many new players - any other names to be presented other than those above?

Not yet Jumbo. Can confirm that the season starts the week after Easter though.

Finals Venues are confirmed as follows:
1st Semi: Hummocks
2nd Semi: Balaklava
Prelim Final: Two Wells
Grand Final: United :D

Assume carefully Jumbo. I understand there is a push from some of the heirachy to have it at Wakey. Probably be confirmed later in the year.

My source of information also tells me that admission price for next season is going to go up to $6 per head.

$5 a week is bad enough after subs for the year. Can't wait to see the GF admission price. $10 most likely.
