af i am well and truly aware of the pressure im putting myself under... but i think this all started with a little 21st birthday card that said 'looking forward to rattling the cages of the sheidow park openers...' if hopkins, mckinley and murphy couldn't rattle the cages how is a bloke bowling leg spin off the long run gonna do it...

Agree with everything there JB except i think Hopkins and Mckay did rattle the cages a little the second week we played you guys. Just that we didn't make enough runs for it to matter.

I know Macca didn't play and he would make a big difference but the rest of the batting line-up look suspect to good bowling which they only received from the spinner the first week ;) .

Yeah he rattled both sides. the hack doesn't look rattled by anything but we did drop him on 4 by memory which was the game.

[As for the no results in mycricket, fair enough, but I'm surprised they didn't play. Ovals were drying out all day saturday.[/quote]

You should know better than any body AF that the grounds up at Coro dont dry out in a matter of hours :? I was there the next day for a birthday party and the outfield was still underwater.

Nah mate it isn't embarassing it is just that we finally have some good blokes in our side so the opposition is more willing to socialise with us ;) ;) .
