Also can confirm Craig Robinson has signed there, only know this because i know him thru work and was trying to get him to our club.

Robbo confirmed signing at Angaston, played with Robbo at the bays been good mates ever since! he is super quick,was sa representative in surf lifesaving (state champion beach sprinter!) angaston have picked up well with the signing of robbo and partner sandy who will send the boys on a discounted footy trip! (she is the manager of a travel agent in the bay) Ben (PUBES) Newberry would be spewing he has gone to Angaston instead of Tannunda as we have all grown up playing footy together. (they might stand one another on the wing like good old days.)

Geradis was told he was no longer required apparently, and I heard that Johnston is heading to United in the APFL for huge coin... It seems odd considering that his brothers are at Virginia...

I think Barossa have a new player in the same story, last name Schultz from Sedan. A local who lives in Nuriootpa ( On baller).

Geradis is past his best infact i believe he's full of himself, his years at Ardrossan (??) ain't much to brag about, could hardly get a touch.
When he was playing for Gaza he was one that lurked around the back for easy posessions & never got any hard balls.
A bloke called Caldow ( Henley ) use to hold him goaless actually kickless when he stood him, it got to the stage when he saw Caldow coming for him he'd head to the interchange bench!

Lets be honest being a FF out at Ardrossan wouldn't be the best gig going.. They finished bottom.. Anton can be a hard guy to match up on. He still kicked some big bags last season so im very surprised Super coach in Herzick has given him the flick.. Be a tough gig for south without a real goal kicking option..

Where to from here at the Den? Ever since the great Mullet McGrath was at the club, they have struggled to re-capture the tradition that he instilled in an already proud club. With the loss of Aaron Bevis, Johnston, Geradis and a tiring Andrew Bevis not having the influence he once did, I would suggest that these losses would be easily outweighed by the gains, this leaving the Lions to reflect on another year already.
